Initial status, final status, final URL, redirect hops, discovery context, cache evidence, and verification time remain available for diagnosis. A protected page, a redirect, a transient origin failure, and a stable broken URL do not collapse into one vague status.

Global request pacing and bounded 5xx checks reduce crawler-created noise without hiding genuine failures. When evidence is incomplete, the run says so instead of presenting a healthy-looking zero.
