See the links you find. Keep the work your team records.

Review provider observations and retain your team’s own link records. Keep their sources, dates and verification states clear instead of treating them as one interchangeable total.

Inspect the provider evidence

Open linking pages, referring domains and anchors with the scope and source of the result visible. Inspect saved reports without treating a local table page as the entire provider index.

  • Linking pages and referring domains
  • Source, target and anchor context
  • Available provider metrics, with unknown values left unavailable

Keep your own link register

Record profile, directory, editorial, social and other placements independently of provider collection. Keep source and target URLs, anchor, notes and team-reported status with the project.

A record marked placed means your team reported the placement. It does not automatically prove that a live link was checked.

Know which action uses provider data

Opening retained results and working with manual link records are separate from collecting a new provider result. New collection follows the available quote, company role and balance controls.

Provider totals and manual register totals can overlap. Keeping them separate avoids an invented unique-link total.
